Shapely Labs is a healthcare AI startup building AI agents that orchestrate patient support program (PSP) workflows end to end.
You'll build the LLM agents at the core of our product from the ground up, working with pharma design partners on real case-manager feedback.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents that work with sensitive patient data across the care journey
- Ingest and make sense of large volumes of information from many different sources
- Work on voice AI — understanding and acting on real conversations
- Build real-time reasoning systems that stay accurate under high stakes
Requirements
- 5+ years writing production software (Python, C++, Java, C#, Go, or Rust)
- Deep expertise in modern deep learning frameworks, including training and fine-tuning generative models
- Hands-on LLM experience: RAG, agentic workflows, tool use, and eval engineering
Nice to have
- Healthcare data experience (HIPAA, PHI, FHIR/HL7, medical NLP)
- Familiarity with pharma patient support, hub, or specialty pharmacy
- Experience shipping AI products in regulated, high-stakes domains
